The Bunker Hill Monument

You'll see this from the carpark - opposite the Holy Cross Church .

It is in fact a Folly built by an American man named Hutchins who was at the Battle of Bunker Hill (near Boston Mass.)

It's pretty overgrown now and you may not be able to see it in the Summer for the Ivy covering it.There's a small plaque in the car park giving a little amount of information.

There's currently no public access to the Folly.
